Pronto Panels’ vast use cases and versatility is evident from the fact that it has been used in luxury farm houses to site offices, restaurants and also built classrooms. One such example is of Rathi Public School located near Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. Here, the construction of 2 classrooms were completed in an astonishing time period of just 4 days. The school has already been associated with Pronto Panels as it has already constructed the roof of a classroom earlier. Notably, the management was quite impressed by the excellent Insulation Properties offered by Pronto Panels and decided to completely construct the 2 new rooms with our range of Roof & Wall Panels.
The classrooms have been constructed on the roof of the school. This helped the school to not only make use of the vacant space on the terrace, but also to quickly build and make the classrooms operational before the commencement of new academic session in April.
The classrooms have been constructed in the elegant Ivory color of Pronto’s Ashvam Series. It consists of Pronto Wall Panel installed on U Channels secured to the ground. The top of the wall panels are connected with the roof with similar U Channels which are secured to the roof panels. This creates a sturdy structure with high load bearing capacity. Fans and Lights have been installed in the panels with the help of conduits.
The seamless overlap joint offered by Pronto ensures that there is Zero-Risk of water leakage from the roof as these overlapping roof joints are sealed and locked with silicon and screws. The roof is placed on slight slope so that there is no water stagnation during the monsoons. ZigZag panel covers not only protect the edges of the panel, but also greatly increase its aesthetic appeal.
Similarly, the wall panels are interlocked with Tongue and Groove Joints which gives the structure added strength and reduce the need of metallic support structure, thus, greatly bringing down the cost of construction.
Moreover, the roof panels being pre-painted, eliminate the need of additional False-Ceiling which leads to an additional saving of cost.
